摘    要:针对T形槽机械密封摩擦副密封环端面间的液膜密封性能问题,建立了收敛形、直角形和发散形3种形式的动压槽液膜几何模型;并对3种不同形式动压槽的液膜流场进行了数值计算,得到了对应端面流场的压力分布.讨论了不同工况对3种槽形结构密封性能的影响并进行对比分析.结果表明:3种槽形结构的端面液膜压力分布规律相同,端面液膜压力均在左侧...

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of liquid film sealing performance between the surface of friction pair sealing ring of T-groove mechanical seal, establishing three geometric models of liquid film of dynamic pressure groove: convergent, right-angle and divergent. The flow field of the liquid film was numerically calculated and the pressure distribution of the flow field at the end face is obtained. The influence of different working conditions on the sealing performance of three kinds of groove structures is discussed and compared. The results show that the pressure distribution of liquid film on the surface of three kinds of groove structures is the same. Both reach their maximum at the bottom of the left slot groove, and there is an obvious pressure difference on both sides of the dynamic pressure groove, which can produce obvious dynamic pressure characteristics. The opening force and leakage of the three kinds of groove structure increase with the increase of rotating speed and pressure, and the influence of pressure on sealing performance is greater than that of rotating speed. The divergent groove has stronger dynamic pressure characteristics, higher opening force and lower leakage, so it has better sealing performance than the right-angle and convergent groove.
