摘    要:针对金华—秋林区块沙溪庙组致密砂岩钻完井过程中轨迹调整频繁、定向托压严重、制约钻井提速的问题,提出了致密砂岩地层高效钻井技术,并论述了该方法的特点及施工流程。金华—秋林区块以砂岩和泥岩互层为主,在分析岩性变化小的基础上,结合钻井参数强化技术、配套工具组合优选原则和具体实例,给出了多种工艺参数设计方法和实施步骤,对复杂地层进行交叉使用。现场应用效果表明,基于致密气钻井提速模板,一开和二开的钻井周期分别缩短 49.2%、45.2%,提速增效效果显著;全井平均机械钻速提升57.1%,平均钻井周期减少46.4% ~49.7%。该研究结果可以为致密砂岩地层高效钻井提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of frequent trajectory adjustment and serious stall in directional drilling limiting ROP increasing during drilling and completion in tight sandstone in Shaximiao formation of Jinhua-Qiulin Block, on the basis of analyzing that the Jinhua-Qiulin block which is mainly interbedded with sandstone and mudstone and the lithology change is small, a variety of process and parameter design method and implementation procedure are given in combination with the drilling parameter strengthening technology, the optimizing principle of supporting tools and detailed cases to cross-use in complex strata. Field application results show the drilling time of the first spud and the second spud is reduced by 49. 2% and 45. 2% respectively based on the tight gas drilling acceleration template. The acceleration and efficiency increase effect is remarkable. The average ROP is increased by 57. 1 % and the average drilling time is decreased by 46. 4%~49. 7% . The research results can provide reference significance for efficient drilling in tight sandstone formation.
