基于AMESim的同步柔性冲压装置控制系统仿真分析

摘    要:冲压件作为一种大批量零部件在机械行业制造中起到非常重要的作用,针对一些特殊零部件的冲压,采用3个同步气液缸来完成对冲压件三边的定心柔性冲压,为了进一步提高冲压装置的冲压精度和柔性化,设计一种串联气液缸与机械刚性连接相结合的控制系统。通过AMESim仿真软件的分析以及实验验证,有效减少了三边同步误差的时间,确保零件冲压时的三边同步误差控制在允许误差范围内,能够冲压多种规格的零部件,具有结构简单、成本低、操作维护简便的特点,实现了零部件三边定心冲压的高精度化,有效减少不合格品的产生,提高了生产效率。

Abstract:As a large-volume part, stamping parts play a very important role in the manufacturing of the machinery industry. For the stamping of some special parts, a three-synchronous gas-liquid cylinder is used to complete the determination of the three sides of the stamping parts. On the basis of flexible stamping, in order to further improve the stamping accuracy and flexibility of the stamping device, a gas-liquid cylinder and mechanical rigid connection control was adopted. Through experimental verification and analysis of the AMESim simulation software, it is further effectively reduce the time of trilateral synchronization error. The control system can ensure that the three-sided synchronization error during part stamping is controlled within the allowable error range, and can stamp parts of various specifications. It has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, and easy operation and maintenance. The high precision of centering stamping can effectively reduce the occurrence of non-conforming products and improve production efficiency.
