摘    要:传统负载敏感系统是通过机-液反馈控制,具有鲁棒性差、易振荡、难以实现精确的排量调节等缺点.据此,提出了电控直线电机变排量负载敏感系统,利用直线电机代替变量缸来调节轴向柱塞泵排量,并利用流量前馈结合压差反馈的方式对直线电机进行控制,实现液压系统的负载敏感功能.利用AMESim-MATLAB联合仿真对电控直线电机变排量负载...

Abstract:The traditional load sensing system is controlled by mechanical-hydraulic feedback, which has the disadvantages of poor robustness, oscillation and inaccurate displacement regulation. Aiming at these shortcomings, the load sensing system with electric linear motor is proposed. The displacement of axial piston pump is adjusted by linear motor instead of variable cylinder, and the linear motor is controlled by flow feedforward combined with differential pressure feedback to realize load sensing function. The co-simulation of AMESim-MATLAB is used to simulate the load sensing system with electric linear motor. The results show that the variable displacement load sensing system can realize the function of traditional load sensing system under the condition of single pump with multiple variable loads. Compared with the traditional load sensing system, the variable displacement load sensing system has better robustness and response speed, which overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional load sensing system, such as slow response and easy oscillation. The variable pressure differential control with electric linear motor is studied further. Comparing with the traditional load sensing system, the load sensing system with electric linear motor can realize the variable pressure difference control by adjusting the value of pressure margin in control system. This convenient regulatory scheme extends the load adaptability of the load sensing system, and can adjust the differential pressure according to different operated conditions flexibly.
