摘    要:在强放射性环境中气动元件具有防爆、可靠性高等优势,但因气体的可压缩性导致气压信号传递滞后,造成气压传感器灵敏度下降.对气压传感器的管路与压力响应关系进行理论分析和试验验证,分析出影响气压传感器信号滞后原因,对长气管的气体传递行为进行了分析,并根据试验结果针对气体传递模型进行优化,最后给出气压传感器灵敏度改进方案.

Abstract:In the high radioactive environment, pneumatic components have the advantages of explosion-proof and high reliability, but the compressibility of the gas leads to the delay of the gas pressure signal transmission, resulting in the decrease of the sensitivity of the gas pressure sensor. Through theoretical analysis and experimental verification on the relationship between the pipeline and pressure response of the air pressure sensor, this paper analyzes the causes of signal lag of air pressure sensor, the gas transfer behavior of long tube is analyzed, and according to the experimental results, the gas transfer model is optimized, finally gives the improvement scheme of air pressure sensor sensitivity.
