摘    要:深井提升设备在运行过程中,提升钢丝绳的振动会引发提升容器的非期望振动,进而严重影响工作人员的乘坐舒适性以及系统安全性.以深井提升系统为研究对象,应用哈密顿原理建立系统的动力学方程,分析提升容器纵向振动产生的机理及振动抑制方向.基于李雅普诺夫理论,重新设计优化传统PD算法,提出一种改进的PD振动抑制算法,并证明了控制系统...

Abstract:During the operation of the hoisting equipment of the construction shaft, the vibration of the hoisting wire rope will cause the unexpected vibration of the hoisting container, which will bring important influence on the ride comfort and system safety of the staff. Taking the hoisting system of construction shaft as the research object, the dynamic equation of the system is established by using Hamilton principle, and the mechanism of longitudinal vibration of hoisting vessel and the direction of vibration suppression are analyzed. Based on Lyapunov theory, the traditional PD algorithm is redesigned, an improved PD vibration suppression algorithm is proposed, and the stability of the control system is proved. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the algorithm.
