摘    要:针对农业装载机运行过程中动臂液压缸能量浪费问题,设计一种以蓄能器与超级电容为储能元件的混合动力能量回收液压系统,提高能源的利用.使用AMESim搭建农业装载机液压系统仿真模型,研究在不同负载下能量的回收效率.仿真结果表明,在液压缸下降时,随着负载的增加,负载产生的势能越大,需要液压泵提供的能量越小,能量回收效率随负载增...

Abstract:Aiming at the energy waste of the boom hydraulic cylinder during the operation of agricultural loader, a hybrid energy recovery hydraulic system with energy storage elements and super capacitors is designed to improve energy utilization. Using AMESim to build a simulation model of the hydraulic system of an agricultural loader to study the energy recovery efficiency under different loads. The simulation results show that when the hydraulic cylinder drops, as the load increases, the greater the potential energy generated by the load, the smaller the energy required by the hydraulic pump. The energy recovery efficiency first increases and then decreases as the load increases. When the load is 5 t, the energy The recovery efficiency is the highest, up to 57.47%. The system can effectively realize the energy recovery function.
