摘    要:提出一种多孔型多级降压调节阀,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对调节阀的内部流场、压力场进行数值仿真分析,得到该阀的流量特性曲线,通过与标准流量特性对比,可以优化节流孔的配置;同时,仿真得出阀内流场压力分布,证明其降压元件具有良好的降压效果,针对在高温、高压工况下,阀内件的变形规律进行分析,仿真得到阀内...

Abstract:A multi-hole sleeve valve with multi-stage pressure-reducing function is presented in this paper. The internal flow field and fluid pressure distribution of the valve are simulated and analyzed using the ANSYS Workbench module of the finite element software. The flow characteristic of the valve is obtained, so, the configuration of the orifice can be optimized by comparing with the standard flow characteristics. At the same time, the simulation finds that the pressure reducing parts in the valve have good pressure reducing effect. Then, the deformation regular of the valve parts under high temperature and high pressure is analyzed, and the deformation of the valve parts in fluid-solid-heat coupling field is obtained by simulation, and get the degree of influence of each physical field on the deformation of the valve parts. Finally, the gap between the valve plug and sleeve after deformation is obtained at different opening, it can directly judge the reliability of the valve, the research provides technical support for designing high-reliability control valves.
