摘    要:针对柱塞泵压力脉动对液压挖掘机振动特性的影响,建立包含发动机、柱塞泵、回转平台、驾驶室在内的液压挖掘机整机的动力学模型.分析作用在液压挖掘机上的柱塞泵压力脉动激励、发动机激励、路面激励3种外激励特性,研究液压挖掘机在外激励作用下的振动性能,揭示柱塞泵压力脉动激励对液压挖掘机振动特性的影响机理,并通过试验进行验证.研究表...

Abstract:In order to study the effect of the piston pump pressure fluctuation on the vibration characteristics of the hydraulic excavator, the dynamic model of the hydraulic excavator machine including an engine, a plunger pump, a swing platform and a cab is established. The vibration characteristics of the hydraulic excavator, including pressure fluctuation excitation, engine excitation and road excitation are analyzed. The vibration performance of the hydraulic excavator under the external excitations are studied and verified through the test. There are results as follows: when the hydraulic excavator is in the fixed rotation, fixed working and walking conditions, the piston pump pressure fluctuation will have an impact on the dynamic performance of the hydraulic excavator respectively; when the hydraulic excavator is in the fixed idle conditions, the piston pump pressure fluctuation will be small and has less impact on the dynamic of the hydraulic excavator.
