安岳气田易漏储层高效完井投产技术研究及应用

摘    要:安岳气田震旦系灯影组储层溶洞极为发育,是天然气富集带,构造上通过精细控压钻达目的层后仍然存在恶性井漏问题,井漏对完井投产效率和井筒安全作业造成较大影响。在结合前期钻井精细控压参数与设备的基础上,形成了一种针对易漏储层高效完井投产技术,通过两趟管柱达成完井目的。第一趟暂堵管柱,高效安全建立屏障,阻断井筒漏失通道,减少在井筒高风险条件下下管柱和替环空保护液时间,之后再回插二次完井管柱最终实现高效完井。该技术在 GS001-H26等井获得成功应用,测试百万方级气井 5口,累计测获天然气产量 822 × 104m3/d,为碳酸盐岩易漏储层高效开发提供了一种新的技术手段。

Abstract:The reservoirs of Sinian Dengying Formation in Anyue gas field are extremely well developed, which is a gas enrichment zone. Malignant loss circulation still exists in structurally developed wells after they reach the target zone through precise managed pressure drilling, which has a great impact on completion and production. On the basis of the precise managed pressure drilling equipment and technology (MPD), an efficient well completion and production technology is formed for the leakage-prone reservoir. Two strings were used to complete well. The first temporary blocking string effectively and safely establish wellbore barrier, blocks wellbore leakage channel, reduces the time of running string and protecting fluid in the annulus under hig-risk wellbore conditions, and then inserts the second completion string back to achieve efficient completion. This method has been successfully applied in Well Gaoshi 001-H26, and 5 gas wells of million square meters have been measured, with an accumulated natural gas output of 822 × 104 m3 /d, which provides a new technical means for the efficient development of leaky carbonate reservoirs.
