Abstract:Nuclear power related equipment and structures are required to have a certain resistance to deformation, and electromechanical equipment and instruments are required to operate safely and stably under design basis earthquakes. An accurate unit model of the water pump of a nuclear power plant was established, and the finite element software ANSYS was used to perform mechanical analysis. The evaluation was carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations of RCC-M 2007 and ASME. The analysis load includes: self-weight, design temperature, design pressure, hydraulic test, Earthquake and take over load, check analysis and assessment of key parts of the pump body. Focus on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics, vibration characteristics and fatigue strength of the easily damaged component shaft. The results show that the design of the charging pump meets the design specifications. The research in this paper has certain engineering significance for the seismic analysis of nuclear power equipment, especially pump equipment.
