Abstract:As an important component in the automatic control system, the regulating valve determines the distribution and control of the working medium, and the control of the regulating accuracy of the regulating valve becomes more prominent. The construction of the fluid mechanics model has a positive effect on studying the regulating performance of the regulating valve and optimizing the design parameters. Use SolidWorks software to build a fluid digital simulation model and predict the Kv value of the control valve. The Kv value obtained by the experiment is compared with the Kv value obtained by the simulation under the same conditions to verify the reliability of the simulation results. It provides a theoretical reference for the application of digital modeling technology to study the reliability of regulating valve regulating ability.
