摘    要:针对多液压缸位置同步控制系统存在的耦合作用及偏载问题,提出一种基于均值耦合的同步控制策略,其控制思想为:控制器不仅要考虑自身的跟随误差,还要考虑与其余n-1个液压缸的同步误差,然后将得到的耦合误差通过模糊PID控制算法对回路进行在线调整,实现4液压缸升降平台的同步控制.最后,通过AMESim/Simulink联合仿真验...

Abstract:Aiming at the coupling effect and eccentric load problems of the multi-cylinder position synchronization control system, a synchronization control strategy based on mean coupling is proposed. The control idea is: the controller not only has to consider its own following error, but also consider the other n-1 synchronization error of a hydraulic cylinder, and then the obtained coupling error is adjusted online through the fuzzy PID control algorithm to realize the synchronization control of the four hydraulic cylinder lifting platform.Finally, through the AMESim/Simulink co-simulation, it is verified that compared with the adjacent cross-coupling control strategy, the mean value coupling control strategy can better solve the coupling effect and eccentric load problems of the hydraulic cylinder, and the synchronization error is small, the adjustment speed is fast, and the system is stable.
