液体工质电热化学炮膛内流动特征研究

摘    要:应用两维多相流模型对液体工质电热化学炮内弹道过程进行了数值模拟,并利用颗粒轨道模型刻画液体颗粒在膛内的分布和运动情况,进一步详细给出了等离子体和液体工质相互作用的若干细节.计算的膛内压力曲线与实验一致.运用壁面函数法分析了较大界面波振幅对液体工质电热化学炮内弹道过程的影响.计算结果显示:气液界面处波动振幅的增大会导致膛内出现较复杂的流场情况,压力和温度状况也会趋于复杂.这预示了膛内液体工质燃烧的不均匀性,并揭示出由Kelvin-Helmholtz不稳定性产生的两相界面的大幅波动是引起液体工质不稳定燃烧的主要因素.

Abstract:Two dimenional multi phase flow model is used to simulate the interior ballistics process of liquid propellant electrothermal chemical gun. Through particle trace methodology, the motion and distribution of liquid propellant droplets is described and more details about the interaction between plasma and liquid propellant are given. Computational in bore pressure curves accord with experiment. Wall function method is adopted to analyze the impact of swing of interface wave on interior ballistics process in liqiuid propellant electrothermal chemical gun. Results of numerical model show that flow field, pressure and temperature conditions become complex due to enlargement of swing of interface wave. This indicates that combustion of liquid propellant in bore is nonuniform and large swing of interface wave induced by Kelvin Helmholtz instability is the reason of unstable combustion of liquid propellant.
