分层备用保护型馈线自动化技术研究

摘    要:将后备分层保护技术特点引入智能分布式馈线自动化系统,提出一种新型的分层备用保护型馈线自动化算法。根据配电网络拓扑结构及供电方向定义每回线配电终端的区域属性和层级属性,同时采用组播传输方式实现智能分布式FA通信,最终实现故障快速隔离与非故障区域恢复。经过RTDS仿真验证及现场验证表明,该方法可快速完成故障处理,当终端通信故障或下级开关动作失效时,上级开关自动动作,在减少故障处理时间的同时,提高了分布式馈线自动化系统的可靠性。

Abstract:The configuration characteristic of level and protective backup is introduced to intelligent distributed Feeder Automation (FA), then a new distributed feeder automation algorithm with level and protective backup is proposed. This algorithm defines the zone and level polarity of one circuit distribution terminal according to distribution network topology and power supply direction, meanwhile adopts multicast transmission to realize intelligent distributed FA communication, and eventually realizes fault fast isolation and non-fault area restoration. RTDS simulation and on-site experience show that the proposed method can solve the fault quickly; when the terminal communication fault or lower switch operation failure, the upper switch will operate automatically. It can both decrease the failure interruption time and increase the reliability of distributed FA system. This work is supported by Electric Power Research Institute of Guizhou Power Grid Co.,Ltd.
