摘    要:风电的随机性、可调度性差等特点对电力系统的安全稳定运行带来了挑战。为了增强系统对风电的接纳能力并提高风电利用率,文中研究采用抽水蓄能电池储能组成的复合储能在含高渗透率风电的电力系统中的协调优化运行。基于离散傅里叶变换(DFT)对风电出力进行频谱分析,将风电出力分解成短时间尺度的高频分量和长时间尺度的低频分量。利用电池储能响应速度快、容量小的特点,补偿风电高频波动部分以改善上网风电的波动性;根据抽水蓄能存储容量大的特点,参与系统调峰运行以解决接入风电后系统的调峰问题。以改进的IEEE RTS-96系统及实际风电场为例,对复合储能进行协调优化运行,算例结果验证了所述模型与方法的有效性。

Abstract:The variability and nondispatchable nature of wind power presents sustainable challenges to steady operation of power systems. In order to enhance system's accommodation of wind power to increase its utilization rate, the hybrid energy storage system composed of battery and pumped hydroenergy storage station and the coordinated operation method in the power system with high penetration of wind power are proposed. Discrete Fourier transform (DFT) is used to analyze the spectral profile of wind power, which is decomposed into different time-varying periodic components. Battery storage is used for compensating for the high frequency component so as to satisfy the upper fluctuation rate limit to grid-connection, while pumped hydroenergy storage station is used for peak regulation in the power system. The proposed model and operation method are verified on a modified IEEE RTS-96 system. The results are presented to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed model and method.
