摘    要:对磷石膏综合利用生产硫酸铵的副产物碳酸钙渣的处理工艺进行了研究.以硝酸、碳酸氢铵和氨水为原料,考察了反应温度等因素对反应时钙转化率的影响,通过正交实验确定了反应的工艺条件;碳酸钙渣得到深加工,有利于进一步完善磷石膏的综合利用.

Abstract:The method on the utilization of calcium carbonate residue obtained in the process of preparation of ammonium sulfuric acid from phosphogypsum approach,was studied in this paper.The calcium carbonate residue was firstly converted into calcium nitric acid in nitric acid solution.And the as prepared calcium nitric acid was further changed into calcium carbonate using ammonium bicarbonate and ammonia as the carbo-nization reagents.The utilization of calcium carbonate residue was helpful to prevent polluting en...
