电加热炉计算机控制系统

摘    要:文章以电加热炉为被控对象,通过对电加热炉对象特性的分析来确定电加热炉系统的构成及控制方案(策略).文章在不建立电加热炉数学模型的情况下,实现了电加热炉炉温的单神经元自适应PID智能控制和单神经元自适应PSD智能控制.算法仿真结果表明:单神经元自适应PSD智能控制算法简单,效果较好,有一定的实用价值.

Abstract:Electric heating furnace is the controlled target of this article. By analyzing the characteristic of electric heating furnace ,we can determinate the constitution and control schema of electric heating furnace control system.Under the circumstance of not establishing the mathematical model of electric heating furnace ,this article fulfill single neuron adaptive PID (proportion?integral and differential) and intelligent control single neuron adaptive PSD (proportion?summation and differential) intelligent control of electric heating furnace successfully .The results of algorithm simulation prove that single neuron adaptive PSD intelligent control algorithm is simple and its effect is good. It has very high practical value.
