借助组织行为学等社会科学的研究成果 ,汲取我党的传统思想政治工作的成功经验 ,针对新时期思想政治工作实践中的新特点、新情况、新问题 ,就如何加强和改进思想政治工作 ,从方法论的角度 ,阐述了“两点着力”、“双管齐下”、“两法善用”、“两头齐抓”等见解。

Research on Approaches of Ideological and Political Work

With the aid of the research achievements of social sciences such as organizational and behavioral sciences, as well as the successful experiment of the traditional ideological and political work of our party, considering new features, new situation, new problems of the ideological and political work in new stage, this paper proposes some suggestions on how to improve and enforce the ideological and political work: to inform from both sides, to do both things simultaneously, to do both things with two methods, and to deal with from both ends.
