高温缓凝剂对水泥水化的影响

摘    要:本文采用结合水量法、定量X射线衍射法研究了高温缓凝剂对水泥水化程度和水泥熟料矿物水化的影响,并对水化后期水泥石断面微观结构进行了扫描电镜观察。试验结果表明,高温缓凝剂能有效延缓水泥早期的水化进程,而对后期水化程度、水泥石的微观结构并无明显影响。

Abstract:By means of determination of bonded water and quantitative XRD analysis, the influence of super retarders on hydration degree of both cement and clinker with gypsum is investigated. and the microstructure of hardening paste incorporated with super retarding admixture is also studied by SEM. Results show that super retarding admixture can retard hydration process of cement efficiently in early ages, but has no obvious effect on last hydration and microstructure.
