洪涝灾害遥感监测与评估系统的实现和应用

摘    要:遥感技术应用于洪涝灾害中尚无一套真正实用化、业务化的洪涝灾害遥感监测与评估系统。基于洪涝灾害遥感监测与评估内容,构建了洪涝灾害遥感监测与评估数据库,在此基础上阐述了洪涝灾害遥感监测与评估系统的设计和实现,并介绍了该系统在重庆市武隆县鸡尾山滑坡灾害、江西抚河唱凯堤决口中的应用情况。结果表明,该系统运行稳定,且大幅提高了监测与评估效率。

Abstract:Although remote sensing technology is increasingly applied to flood disaster, there is lack of practical and professional remote sensing monitoring and assessment system. This article analyzes the contents of flood disaster monitoring and assessment by using remote sensing technology and establishes the database. And then the flood disaster monitoring and assessment system is designed and developed. Finally, the system applications in Jiweishan landslide disaster of Wulong City in Chongqing and Changkai levee breach of Fuhe river in Jiangxi Province are presented. The results show that the system operation is steady and it improves the efficiency of monitoring and assessment greatly.
