摘    要:基于匹配追踪算法的去噪方法既可以实现有效去噪,又不会损伤有效波,而且不需要先验获知信号的统计特性,在故障诊断领域发挥着重大作用.文中开发了一套轴承故障诊断系统.该系统是在LabVIEW8.6.1平台上开发的,包括数据采集模块、历史数据查询模块、原始信号分析模块、匹配追踪算法实现模块、生成报表模块.系统先用Microsoft Access创建数据库,再用库函数NI - DAQmx编程进行数据采集,然后用Database Connectivity工具包编程存储和查询数据,最后用MathScript节点编程,实现匹配追踪算法的应用.利用该系统对轴承进行故障诊断,诊断结果更加可靠、有效.
