摘    要:针对常规水资源承载力评价方法存在的不足,在Matlab 7.6环境下建立了水资源承载力评价的RBF网络模型,基于汕头市水资源现状,利用该模型综合评价了汕头地区的水资源承载力。结果表明,汕头市水资源承载力总体较好,但有逐步恶化趋势,且各区县的水资源承载力极不均衡,与汕头地区的实际情况相符。

Abstract:Aiming at the deficiency of evaluation method of traditional water resources carrying capacity, RBF network model is established to evaluate the water resource carrying capacity in the environment of Matlab 7.6. Based on the current situation of water resources, the model is used to comprehensively evaluate water resources carrying capacity in Shantou area. The result show that the general situation of water resource carrying capacity in Shantou City is good; but there is gradually deteriorating trend; water resource carrying capacity of each district are extremely balanced; it is consistent with the actual situation in Shantou area.
