一种差压式液体流量检测仪的设计

针对现有各流量计结构较复杂、低流与微流难以检测的不足,设计了一种基于差压原理的新型液体流量检测仪.主要由特制的导液管和传感器组成,传感器检测导液管入口与出口之间的压力差,并将其转换成电压量输出,经放大电路放大后送单片机处理,最后由显示单元显示出流量值.检测仪具有结构简单、灵敏度高、精确度高、量程范围宽、成本低等优点.
