小湾水电站筒阀动水关闭特性试验研究

摘    要:为检测筒阀在大容量、高水头机组上应用的实际性能,借助现场试验手段,将小湾水电站筒阀动水关闭过程中的各状态量以电测信号形式连续采集至数字录波仪,通过对各项相关试验数据的分析,定性定量地描述了筒阀动水关闭过程中启闭时间、接力器同步性、油缸压力上升、稳定性等影响因素,并通过相关计算得出了筒阀动水关闭过程中水力下拉力的幅值及其随筒阀接力器行程变化的趋势,为相关技术的应用提供了可靠的数据支持。

Abstract:In order to test the properties of cylindrical valve of Xiaowan hydropower station in application of large capacity and high head units, we send state date to digital recorder with continuous acquisition in the process of the valve closing on the basis of site test method. The influencing factors such as closing time, servomotor synchronism, cylinder pressure rising and stability of oil cylinder are presented by analyzing the test date. The amplitude and change trend of hydraulic pulling force with servomotor range are calculated in the process of dynamic hydraulic closing cylindrical valve. Thus, it provides a reliable data support for application of the related technology.
