| Abstract: | A school has to follow the path of balanced development in order to survive and thrive.Jianghan Oil Field Vocational Training Center has aggressively promoted the development of campus culture along with ideological and political education and cultural campaign in recent years.It's these efforts that lead to the birth and growth of the training center.This paper illustrated that a harmonious campus can only be built upon balanced material,institutional and cultural development and cultural dissemination. |
