| 摘 要： | 为了对航空企业动态联盟运作过程进行合理高效管理,根据航空企业产品开发的特点和需求,提出了航空企业动态联盟管理系统的功能结构;分析了系统的操作流程;研究了系统中的关键技术,根据产品并行工程的要求兼顾分布式设计资源系统协调工作的特点,制定了任务分解原则,采用层次分析法解决了盟员选择问题,采用工期-费用优化模型对进度调整问题进行了研究;最后基于struts框架选择JSP、JDBC和Tomcat等技术实现了系统。管理系统在某航空企业进行了测试和使用。
