| 摘 要： | 介绍国外著名钢丝绳企业的预张拉设备及国内外相关企业或标准对预张拉使用的规定。钢丝绳预张拉有在线和离线2种方式。在线预张拉时,钢丝绳张拉与合绳同时进行,适用于小规格钢丝绳,使用规格范围小,张拉效果不均匀;离线预张拉可以根据工艺要求进行反复张拉,但占地面积大,生产效率低。国内现有的钢丝绳预张拉设备及其使用状况表明,国产设备已可以达到预张拉工艺要求。国内离线预张拉生产线存在的问题:预张拉机组大都为U型布置,一次可张拉的长度不足300 m。
