| 摘 要： | 教师是人类精神文明的建设者，是学校学科建设、人才培养、科学研究的有力保证，同时教师也是确保学校各项教学活动健康、可持续发展的核心力量。阐述了青岛四方区师资队伍建设的现状，分析了四方区师资队伍建设存在的问题和不足，提出了增强四方区师资队伍建设的措施。

| Abstract: | It's the teachers that shape human spirits and propel sustainable development of education activities arranging from discipline development and talent nurturing to scientific research.This paper pointed out the existing problems in faculty expansion in schools of Sifang District based on the acquired facts and went on to explain its own resolutions. |
