| 摘 要： | 良好的校园文化是学校持续发展的“助推器999是维护稳定的“稳定剂”，更是改革发展的“催化剂”。推进校园文化建设，既是一个把教育事业融入文化的过程，又是一个以文化促进教育事业发展的过程。因此，无论是同学之间、师生之间的团结和谐，还是学校与教员的协调发展，都离不开校园文化的支撑。

| Abstract: | Good campus culture can propel sustainable development,maintain stability and facilitate reforms in a school.Campus culture development is able to push education forward by adding cultural element to education cause.Therefore good relationships between students and between students and teachers as well as matching faculty conducive to schools' development can never do without healthy campus culture. |
