| 摘 要： | 套管开窗侧钻水平井技术应用于老油田套损井综合治理和老区剩余油挖潜改造，对开发未受控面积内的储油和死角残余油效果明显；应用于低渗透、薄油层，可有效提高单井产量和采收率。要保证侧钻水平井的工艺效果，必须仔细研究油井地质状况，制定完善的施工方案和适宜的完井方式，使之充分满足后期开发作业的要求。
