关于机关干部绩效考核方案的探讨

摘    要:建立激励有效、约束有力、操作规范,与现代企业制度相适应的绩效考核分配制度,促进责、权、利的统一,是新时期经营管理工作的重要内容之一。以笔者所在单位为例,在对公司机关干部绩效考核现状分析的基础上,对如何完善机关干部绩效考核方案进行了探讨。

Abstract:It's important for a company of new time to establish a performance appraisal and assignment system based on modern business system that can facilitate the balanced wielding of accountability,entitlement and privileges with incentives,restrains and regulations.This paper took the cadres' performance evaluation in author's working place as an example to discuss how to improve government official's assessment plans.
