摘    要:对德国吉玛公司的 80kt/a连续聚酯装置进行增容改造 ,调整部分设备 ,终缩聚气相挡扳由圆形换成扇形 ,缩短与出口的距离。浆料总量比保持在 1.76,酯化温度提高 3~ 5℃ ,压力增加 5~ 8kPa ,停留时间不变或略有缩小 ,预缩聚Ⅱ的液位提高到 45 % ,升高温度 ,余压降低到 1.2 9kPa ,适当提高搅拌速度等 ,熔体产量由 3 2 5t/d提高到 3 60t/d。

Abstract:A series of innovation for capacity enlargement was conducted on an 80 kt/a continuous polyester plant,such as adjusting partial equipments and parts,changing gas outlet baffle of final polycondensation from circle to sector,minimizing the distance between the baffle and the outlet. The melt output can be increased from 325 t to 360 t under the conditions as followed: slurry ratio remaining at 1.76,esterification temperature and pressure increased by 3-5℃ and 5-8 kPa,respectively,resident time remaining unchanged or decreased slightly,liquid level increased to 45%,residue pressure decreased to 1.29 kPa and properly increased temperature and stirring speed in the stage of prepolycondensation Ⅱ.
