智能管道检漏仪的开发

摘    要:地下管道输送的物质泄漏不仅造成能源的巨大浪费,而且造成环境的巨大污染。快速找到管道破损隐患点成为维护管道、杜绝污染和浪费的关键。文中介绍了一种波形组合检测金属管道破损点的检测方法,利用单片机通过数据处理自动识别破损点的位置,为快速准确判断并修复金属管道破损点提供了可能。

Abstract:With the development of economic construction,underground pipes in towns and countries are increasing.Pipe leaking of the substances that are transported through the underground pipes will not only lead to great waste of energy but also lead to significant pollution to the environment.So,to find pipe leaks in a short time is the key to pipe maintenance and to stop pollution and waste of energy.A new method of detecting leaks in metal pipes using combination of wave forms is introduced.SCM will be used to do data processing in order to identify the position of the leaks automatically,which makes it possible to judge and repair the leaks more quickly and exactly.
