空气可循环泡沫钻井液技术应用研究

摘    要:当地层情况复杂的时候,钻井机械钻速低,从而导致钻井周期长且极易发生钻具断裂等井下复杂事故,严重制约了天然气勘探开发的进程,因此如何提高钻井速度成为该地区钻井工作的难点。在适当井段采用纯空气、空气泡沫钻井技术进行试验研究,发现纯空气、空气泡沫钻井技术缩短了复杂井段的钻井作业周期,大大提高了机械钻速,降低了钻井作业综合成本,提高了经济效益。文章介绍了空气泡沫钻井技术的应用情况,得出相关认识,提出了有益的建议。
