沿面闪络真空开关触发特性的实验研究

摘    要:触发真空开关(triggered vacuumswitch,TVS)是脉冲功率技术的核心器件,为满足对TVS放电时延及其分散性、工作电压范围、通流容量等的要求,设计了高介电系数的电介质材料制作的沿面闪络真空开关,研究了触发脉冲、主间隙两端的电压对TVS放电时延及其分散性的影响规律。实验研究表明:采用高介电常数电介质材料制作的沿面闪络真空开关,在自击穿电压为120 kV的条件下,TVS的最小工作电压为1.3 kV,工作电压范围为1.08%~99%;最大的放电时延400 ns,最小的放电时延为130 ns,最小的时延分散性为±10 ns;TVS的通过的电流峰值150 kA。该TVS不仅满足一般放电开关的性能要求,用于高电压、大电流脉冲功率技术中,而且可以用于对放电开关有特殊要求的Crowbar回路中。
