| 摘 要： | 分析了高职院校专业技术职务评聘工作中存在的问题，结合高职院校师资队伍建设，从培养“双师型”教师的特点出发，提出了完善高职院校专业技术职务评聘工作的三个基本思路：即改革评审模式、完善评审制度、加强聘后管理。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the problem on the evaluation and appointment of the professional technical title in higher vocational colleges. Combining with the construction of higher vocational teachers team, starting on the characteristics of training dual - certificate teachers, the paper put forward three basic thoughts on how to perfect the evaluation and appointment of the professional technical title in higher vocational colleges. They are reforming the evaluation model, perfecting evaluation system and strengthening appointment management. |
