| Abstract: | Strengthening cadre training management and the training quality is an effective approach to keep sustainable oilfield development.In practical work,class advisors should do a good job as six kinds of persons,namely conveyers of harmonious culture,combatants of taking the lead to work,coordinators of treating relations,attendant of training work,advisers of training management and servants of taking care of trainees. |
