摘    要:加强干部培训管理、提高干部培训质量是保持油田持续发展的有效途径.班主任在实际工作中要当好"六大员",即当好和谐文化的传播员、带头工作的战斗员、处理关系的协调员、培训工作的管理员、培训管理的参谋员、关心学员的服务员.

Abstract:Strengthening cadre training management and the training quality is an effective approach to keep sustainable oilfield development.In practical work,class advisors should do a good job as six kinds of persons,namely conveyers of harmonious culture,combatants of taking the lead to work,coordinators of treating relations,attendant of training work,advisers of training management and servants of taking care of trainees.
