摘    要:为解决疏松砂岩油藏、稠油出砂油藏、低产能出砂油藏常规防砂后油井产量低的开发难题,研究开发了压裂防砂一体化技术。在获得大量油层物性参数的基础上,利用开发引进的MFrac压裂防砂软件进行裂缝形态及几何参数模拟,优化施工参数,优选携砂液体系,设计泵注程序,然后将开发的压裂防砂一体化管柱下入井中,按设计的泵注参数和程序,对地层压裂充填,实现端部脱砂,之后通过管柱的转换进行环空充填防砂。现场应用结果表明该技术成熟可靠,简化了施工工序,缩短了施工周期,具有明显的增产防砂效果。

Abstract:The production rate of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir, sand production heavy oil reservoir, lower-productivity sand production reservoir gets lower under conventional sand control. So the author in this paper researches and develops the fracturing sand control technology to solve the problem. Based on acquiring a large number of physical parameters of reservoir, the author uses the imported MFrac fracturing sand control software to simulate the fracture morphology and geometric parameters, optimizing operating parameters, selecting sand carries fluid systems, and designing pump process. According to the designed pump parameters and process, the fracturing sand control pipe string is put in the well and the fractures in strata are packed to realize tip screen-out. At last, annular packing sand control is carried out through the conversion of the pipe string. Application results show that the new technology is fully developed, reliable, and with the advantages of simplifying the operating procedures, shortening operating period, obviously increasing oil production and improving sand control.
