摘    要:本文通过分析液环真空泵的功耗组成,探讨液环真空泵节能设计的方法,并就液环真空泵的过流部件叶轮、分配板和泵体的节能设计和制造展开探讨,研究和提出液环真空泵过流部件节能设计的方法,提出设计适合不同吸入压力范围的液环真空泵,并就节能选型进行举例说明。

Abstract:Through analysing power consumption composition,discuss the energy saving design method of Liquid-Ring Vacuum Pump,and more discuss the energy saving design and manufacture on the flow passage components including impeller、distribution plate and pump body,research and provide the energy saving design method of Liquid-Ring Vacuum Pump flow passage components,raise designing the liquid-ring vacuum pump to adapt to different entrance pressure,and example the type selection method of Liquid-Ring Vacuum Pump.
