单缸柱塞计量泵的参数化变型设计研究

摘    要:为了改善单缸柱塞计量泵目前设计方法,在分析单缸柱塞计量泵的结构特点上,文章结合功能模块层次化基本思想,对单缸柱塞计量泵按功能进行层次模块划分.利用产品功能模块层的参数化建模技术,提出单缸柱塞计量泵变型设计过程中参数提取方法.在Pro/E 4.0为三维设计环境下,以Visual Studi0 2005为工具开发了单缸柱塞计量泵变型设计系统.采用模块化的参数化程序设计方法,实现快速有效的单缸柱塞计量泵产品变型设计.

Abstract:In order to improve the current design method to the single cylinder plunger metering pump(SCPMP),this paper on the basis of analysis on the structure characteristic of SCPMP combined the functional module level basic idea,and divided SCPMP into hierarchical modules according to the function.The extraction method of parameters,by the parametric modeling technique of product function module layer,was proposed in the process of SCPMP variant design.The SCPMP variant design system was developed by Visual Studio 2005 in the three dimensional design circumstance to Pro/E 4.0.The speedy and effective SCPMP variant design was achieved by the method of parameterized programming design of modular.
