摘    要:牛东1井是中国石油集团公司2010年在冀中地区部署的一口重点风险探井,完钻井深为6 013 m,井底温度约为203℃.该井三开、四开井段含有大段泥岩和含膏泥岩,极易引起缩径、垮塌等复杂情况,对钻井液性能提出了极高要求.研发出了一套密度在1.20~2.0 g/cm3之间可调、抗温达200℃、抗盐膏污染能力强的“三高”钻井液.现场应用结果表明:在整个钻进过程中该钻井液性能稳定,抑制性强,返出钻屑棱角分明,高温高压滤失量小于l0mL;与邻井相比,虽然机械钻速降低25.33%,但施工周期却减少了2.39%,表明该钻井液满足了三开、四开井段的钻进要求,其优良的井壁稳定和井眼清洁能力,很大程度地减少了复杂事故的发生及其处理时间.

Abstract:The well Niudongl is a key exploration well in Jizhong area,with the completion depth 6,013 m,a bottom holetemperature of 203 ℃.In the third and fourth intervals,there are much mudstone and gypseous mudstone,which leadstight-hole and caving.A Three-high drilling fluid system is developed for this well with densities between 1.2 to 2.0 g/cm3and the high temperature resistance reaching 200 ℃.The application shows that the HTHP filtration loss is less than 10.0mL,compared with offset wells,the ROP decreases by 25.33%,the drilling period shortens by 2.39%,which the cuttings areintact due to the high inhibition of this drilling fluid system.
