车用汽油产品质量升级技术方案比选

摘    要:为满足北京市汽油质量升级的需求,根据某炼油厂汽油组分构成、性质及产品质量,结合该厂现有1.2Mt/a汽油吸附脱硫装置,从项目投资、操作费用、能耗等方面对新建0.9Mt/a汽油吸附脱硫装置采用的技术方案进行了对比。对比结果表明:S-Zorb汽油吸附脱硫技术(简称S-Zorb技术)比催化裂化汽油选择性加氢脱硫技术具有较明显的优势,建议新建装置采用S-Zorb技术,以生产满足国V排放标准的清洁汽油。

Abstract:In order to meet the demand of the quality upgrading of gasoline in Beijing, according to the gasoline compositions, properties and quality in a refinery, a comparative investigation in investment, operating costs, energy consumption was made between the technology which has been applied, of adsorption desulfurization for fluid catalytic cracking(FCC) gasoline (referred to as S-Zorb) and technology of selective hydrodesulfurization for FCC gasoline (RSDS), the plant of which will be built. The results show that the S- Zorb technology has more obvious advantages than the RSDS. In order to produce clean gasoline for emission standards-V of China the S-Zorb technology should be applied in the new plant.
