简单步降应力加速寿命试验的最优设计

摘    要:以正常应力下寿命分布函数中参数的极大似然估计的渐近方差为准则,考虑II型截尾的情形,对指数分布场合下简单步降应力加速寿命试验的最优设计问题进行了研究。通过一个实例表明,在总截尾数相同的情况下,简单步降应力加速寿命试验第一步的截尾数,要比简单步进应力加速寿命试验第一步的的截尾数少,并能保证相同的试验精度。

Abstract:The optimum simple step-down-stress design for ALT with exponential distributions and type II censoring is primarily studied.The optimum test plans to minimize the asymptotic variance of MLE of the log life time at normal stress are obtained.From the given example,it can be found that the number of failed items in the first stress level of step-down-stress ALT is less than that of the step-up-stress ALT if the total numbers are fixed.And the precision of the results are equivalent.
