| 摘 要： | 分析了3种水合物合成反应器(搅拌式反应器、鼓泡式反应器和喷淋式反应器)的原理及特点。提出了一种水合物快速、高效制备的新型工艺———喷淋-鼓泡装置和喷淋-搅拌装置双级串联系统,介绍了工艺流程,建立了水合物制备仿真监控系统。介绍了水合物的分解。

| Abstract: | The principle and characteristics of three kinds of hydrate reactors including stirring- type reactor, bubbling-type reactor and spraying-type reactor are analyzed. A new process for quick and effective preparation of hydrates, namely two-stage series system of spraying/bubbling device and spra-ying/stirring device is proposed. The process flow is introduced, and the simulation monitoring system for preparation of hydrates is established. The decomposition of hydrates is presented. |
