凝汽器管板焊接工艺及变形控制

摘    要:秦山核电二期扩建工程650 MW机组凝汽器采用了2种管板结构。由于管板焊缝较长,最长达4 m多,对焊接质量提出了较高的要求。介绍了焊接要点,阐述了管板焊接工艺,探讨了控制管板焊接变形的各项技术措施和方法,有效地解决了管板拼装焊接变形问题。

Abstract:2 kinds of duct-board were adopted for 650 MW unit condenser at Qingshan Nuclear Power Station,phase II expansion project.Higher requirements for welding quality are needed due to longer weld beads(longest more than 4 m) on the board.The paper introduces key welding points and the welding essentials on duct-board installation Technical measures of deformation control on duct-board in the process of welding were investigated.
