学习者焦虑感之成因及其消除策略

摘    要:多数学习者的成绩与其性格有关。那些性格内向、缺乏自信心者常常产生焦虑感,羞于开口,担心犯错误,进而影响学习成绩。文章就学习者焦虑感的产生与课堂教学活动之间的相互作用进行了探讨,并在此基础上提出了如何减少或消除焦虑感的策略。

Abstract:Anxiety is associated with feelings of uneasiness, frustration, self-doubt, apprehension, or worry. It is important for teachers to try to determine whether a learner anxiety stems from a more global trait or from a particular situation at the moment. It is also important for a teacher to vary his roles in class and to try to create a more cozy atmosphere in the classroom.
