摘    要:介绍了风力机组并网技术和风力发电机并网及运行试验,分析了风力发电机组并网对电网电能质量的影响,探讨了引起波动和闪变的机理及闪变测量模型,论述了电压波动与闪变的抑制方法.

Abstract:The cutting-in technology and test method for wind power generation system are introduced.And the effect on the power quality in the power network caused by cutting-in scheme of wind power generation are analyzed.Then the mechanism causing the voltage fluctuation and flicker by wind turbines and the model of flicker measurement are discussed in depth.Finally,the paper emphatically discusses the suppression methods for fluctuation and flicker.
