普通螺栓组计算方法的探讨

摘    要:对现有螺栓组计算方法进行分析后,发现现有计算方法在计算螺栓组的最大载荷时,结果相关较大,螺栓组受载后,结合面产生弯曲变形,合力偏离几何中心,若仍按合力通过几何中心计算,结果偏不安全,若按变形协调条件找出最大受力螺栓,以此作为计算强度的依据,又达于安全。针对上述情况,提出了两种适用于不同场合的螺栓组计算方法。

Abstract:After analysing the calculation method about bolt assemblies used currently,we found the calculation method about the largest load of bolt assemblies existing big departure .As bolt assemblies are loaded,on the connecting face bent distortion takes place,resultant force can't pass the geometry core.It's not safe to calculate according to the force.Whereas it's too safe to find out the largest loaded bolt by the condition of distortion harmony.This paper introduced two kinds of calculation method for different places.
