平台石墨炉原子吸收法测定山楂叶中的痕量镉

摘    要:以硫脲-EDTA-磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,利用平台石墨炉原子吸收法分析了山楂叶中痕量镉的含量,探讨了平台石墨炉测定镉的基体改进剂和仪器条件的影响.方法检出限为0.06 ng/mL,样品检出限为0.19 ng/g.

Abstract:The content of Cadmium was analyzed by platform graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry with thiourea -EDTA-NH4H2PO4 as the matrix modifier. The effect of matrix modifier and instrument conditions to cadmium signal was investigated. The proposed method had a detection limit of 0.06 ng/mL. The sample detection limit was 0.19 ng/g.
